I don't think I will write an article about the Regal Raptor motorcycle.  It is a Chinese motorcycle.  I am told that most Chinese motorcycles have many problems from time to time.  But, the wonderful thing about my Regal Raptor is Sheng Long Motorcycle in Da Gong Guang.  Their service department has always been very good to me.  I had problems with my 250cc, just like my 300/350cc, but Sheng Long has always, without fail, quickly taken care of the problems so I will always buy my motorcycles from them; I trust them very much to make sure I am safe and always ride a well maintained motorcycle.

The Regal Raptor is the closest thing to looking like a Harley.  I cannot afford a Harley here in China, so I own a Regal Raptor.  (I will NEVER own a Japanese motorcycle.)

Lastly, my job is in China.  I earn my salary here in China.  It is the Chinese government and people that allow me to work and earn money here, so I will ALWAYS buy Chinese products to support China...my home away from America.

Many people have written that because I'm a foreigner I get special treatment.  I am not sure if that is true or not.  I know that when I speak to a police officer I am very courteous and polite.  But, then, when I speak to a bangbang, I am courteous and polite.  So, I am going to say that I receive very nice treatment from all people I come in contact with because I try very hard to not only respect them, but be polite to them.

Now, specifically:  Whether officials in China/Chongqing "bark at Chinese and wag their tails at foreigners" you'll have to bring that up with the officials of your community.  Whether Officer Xiao was very kind to me because I'm a foreigner, you'll have to ask Officer Xiao as to whether that is true.  All I know is that I was having trouble, didn't have anywhere else to for help at that time, and Officer Xiao was kind enough to be my friend and help me.
现在，具体地，是否中国或者重庆的警察“对中国人吠叫，对外国人摇尾”，你们应该去问你们的警察。是否肖警官对我很好，因为我是外国人，你们应该去问肖警官是否是这样。我所知道的就是当我遇到困难，不知道向哪里求助的时候，肖警官就像朋友一样给予了我足够的帮助！
